The CNADM Dance Workshops are coming back this summer!

This year’s event will offer something for teachers, for students, for the pre-professional student, and the annual Ballet Forum – but in a shortened, modular version.

The workshops will maintain prevailing CDC and Illinois Health guidelines for social distancing and safety.

  • STUDENTS  work on dance technique taught by MASTER FACULTY who aren’t just great dancers, but also the best at teaching dance.
  • DANCE & MORE pre-professional dance technique classes, highlighted by a performance on Friday night of a newly-choreographed piece.
  • BALLET FORUM will have one faculty member assigned to each level and Ballet Gala will be live-streamed on Friday evening.
  • STUDENT SESSIONS will be grouped by age in four classrooms. If more students register than the maximum room requirements allow, an additional fifth classroom will be opened, additional faculty will be hired and the students will be shifted to even out room sizes.
  • Because of this MODULAR FORMAT, the curriculum in each session may be fluid. No final schedules will be published until you arrive, but each Student Session classroom will include Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Modern.
